The App does not require you to create an account. All watchlist data (titles, watched status, progress, categories, and preferences) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us. The App retrieves streaming availability data from a database we operate, which is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and served via Supabase. We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Streaming availability is subject to change by the respective services at any time without notice.

All rights in the App, including its design, code, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. Movie and TV show metadata, titles, and poster images are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the App beyond what is necessary to use it as intended.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that streaming availability information will be accurate or up to date. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which in most cases will be zero.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
